Swim Across America 2022

About the Event

WHAT: Swimmers may swim 1 mile, 1/2 mile or form relay teams. Team participation is encouraged and can consist of friends and family that participate together as a group, often times in honor or in memory of and individual. Teams must have at least 5 swimmers. A team of 5-10 swimmers, must raise at least $5,000 - each additional member must raise $500. A swimmer may be part of a team, no matter in which venue they elect to swim.

WHEN: July 17, 2022 from 3:00 - 6:00 PM

Check-in starts at the indicated time above, and swimmers are taken on a first come, first served basis. Lap counters are provided, if desired.

HOW TO JOIN: Click the this link to register and get your own fundraising page to send out to your friends and family. All swimmers and volunteers must complete the waiver found 

 here and bring to the event check-in. If you are under 18, please bring the waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

FUNDRAISING: We encourage swimmers to each raise at least $500. Participants high school or younger are encouraged to raise at least $250. Many will raise more but if everyone raises $100, our swim could raise thousands to support cancer research,     prevention and treatment.

FUNDRAISING INCENTIVES: Every swimmer who participates will receive a T-shirt and a towel, and any other promotional items!

About our Team

Team M&M (Marlins & More)

Team is forming in order to help raise money for MSK which has helped save people close to the Marlins Swim Team community, MKMP, and beyond.

Please join us to help support cancer research and to support the hope that cancer can be something that More & More people can survive thanks to the medical breakthroughs at places like Memorial Sloan Kettering.

In our lifetime, 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will be diagnosed with cancer. We joined the SAA community so that, together, we can change that. We are challenging ourselves by swimming and raising as much money to fight cancer as we can. Please support us by sponsoring our swim and making a gift. The money you give will go towards caner research, prevention and treatment and will make an impact in the fight to find a cure. Thank you for your generosity and may it lead to a cancer-free world!
